By making any payment or using our services, you:

Final decisions (visa, immigration, travel) are controlled by third parties.

SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

Service is considered initiated immediately upon:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Consultation start

  • Case file creation

  • Documentation process

Once initiated, services are deemed consumed (partially or fully).

NON-REFUNDABLE PRINCIPLE

All payments are subject to:

Non-refundable components include:

  • Consultation fees

  • Processing charges

  • Documentation handling

  • Administrative costs

These represent time, expertise, and operational investment.

  • No refund for rejection or quota limitations

PRICE VARIATION & CURRENCY

Prices may change due to:

MODE OF REFUND

Refunds will be processed:

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Unauthorized disputes will result in:

FORCE MAJEURE

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client must:

  • Provide accurate documents

  • Follow legal requirements

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company liability is limited to:

Service fees only (excluding third-party costs)

LEGAL & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Jurisdiction: Uttar Pradesh, India

  • Disputes resolved as per Indian law

DIGITAL CONSENT

  • Email / WhatsApp = legally valid agreement

  • Digital records may be used as evidence
